What information do we collect from you?

We collect information about you including your first and last name, your email address, name of your company including postal address and telephone number, and registered company number. We also collect information about your bank details.

Why do we collect this information?

We use the information we collect from you to process your application to enrol you / your organisation as a CASPA member. We also use this information for the ongoing management of your membership such as to identify you when you make enquiries in relation to services we provide. Thereafter we use your information to administer relevant member information to you including sending you carefully selected relevant sector information and offers from the third – party organisations we engage with to fulfil our purpose. Information about your bank details is used to process your membership payments only.

Who do we share your information with?

We do not share your information with any third- party organisations for the purposes of direct marketing. When we use third party processors to provide elements of our service, we have contracts in place that means they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we instructed by us. Any third-party processors that we use will not share your information with any other organisation apart from us and we will impose that they keep your information securely.

In some cases, we are obliged to share information. For example, under a court order or regulatory bodies, and other authorities to further their, or our objectives. If we need to share information, we will always share only what is necessary we will ensure that we have a lawful basis for sharing information.

How long do we keep your information for?

We will keep your information for a period of 2 years from the time that you cease being a member. Thereafter information will be deleted
